Suhana Khan buys Rs 12.9 crore property next to dad Shah Rukh Khan’s in Alibaug
Suhana Khan, daughter of superstar Shah Rukh Khan and interior designer Gauri Khan, is one of the most talented emerging actresses in Bollywood at the moment. The star kid is all set to make his acting debut soon with a film based on the comics ‘The Archies’, directed by Joya Akhtar. The name of this movie is The Archies. It’s coming to Netflix soon, and its teaser was recently released on social media. Now a special thing related to Suhana Khan is coming up. He has bought properties worth crores of rupees before the release of his first film.
Suhana Khan bought a 1.5 acre property with three houses in Alibaug for Rs 12.91 crore. This property in Thal village belonged to the descendants of actor Durga Khote, an old film family. Shah Rukh Khan already owns a property nearby. According to Indextape, the property was registered on June 1 and a stamp duty of Rs 77.46 lakh was also paid. This Alibaug property has been designed to provide a soothing environment, enhanced connectivity to the city and an alternative away from the concrete claustrophobia of Mumbai.
