Amidst the success of Oh My God 2 (OMG 2), there is a very sad news for film actor Pankaj Tripathi. Pankaj Tripathi’s father Pandit Banaras Tiwari has passed away at the age of 98.
He breathed his last in Belsand village of Bihar. Family sources said that Pandit Banaras Tiwari was suffering from respiratory illness. On August 21, Monday morning, his health failed and he passed away.

According to information received by TV9 Network, Pankaj Tripathi has left Mumbai for his village on hearing the news of his father’s death. Pankaj Tripathi will reach his village by 11 pm.
Pankaj Tripathi mentioned his father in an interview and said that his father does not even know what he does in the film industry. They never went inside the theater to see what it was like. His father once came to Mumbai for the house warming ceremony of his first house, after which he did not come for several years. When one used to show movies on TV to his father, he only watched movies, he never went to the cinema hall to watch such movies. Pankaj recently installed a TV for his parents in his village home.
It is said that Pankaj Tripathi and his father were very close to each other. A mountain of grief has fallen on Pankaj due to the sudden death of his father.
