Shailesh Lodha: The famous TV comedy show ‘Taarak Mehta Ka Oolta Chashma’ (Taarak Mehta Ka Oolta Chashma) has been going through a tremendous upheaval for the last few days. One by one many actors have left the show. At the same time, many old characters leveled many accusations at the makers. At the same time, actor Shailesh Lodha, who made a name for himself in the show’s role as ‘Mehta Sahib’, also filed a case against the show’s producer Asit Modi for non-payment of dues. The actor has won the case.
Shailesh Lodha, who was seen in the character of Mehta Saheb for 14 years in the show Tarak Mehta Ka Oolta Chashma, left the show after a rift with producer Asit Kumar Modi. It was said that Shailesh was waiting to clear his dues.
But he was not found. After this he registered a case. Now it is being said that he has won the case filed. A report claims that Asit will now have to pay Shailesh 1.05 crores.
According to the information, as per the terms of the agreement, Shailesh was paid Rs. 1,05,84,000 will pay. Shailesh approached the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) earlier this year and sought payment of his dues for the year.
After this Shailesh said that this fight was never about money. But this was a matter of justice and self-respect. He further said, “I feel that after winning this case, I have won the war and I am happy because the truth has prevailed.”
