Nawazuddin Siddiqui files 100 crore defamation case against ex-wife and brother
Nawazuddin Siddiqui, who is known for his amazing acting in films, is now in discussion about his personal life. He is having disagreements with his ex-wife Aaliya Siddiqui, but his brother Shamsuddin (Shamasuddin Siddiqui) is also against him. Recently, he made serious allegations against him and said that the actor has married three times. One of them was married to Isha during the lockdown. His first wife is Firoza Haldwani. Along with this, he also claimed to have kicked his sister-in-law during her pregnancy. Nawazuddin, who has been silent on the whole matter so far, has now filed a defamation case of 100 crores against his wife and brother.
Nawaz filed a case against ex-wife and brother
According to the information received, Nawazuddin Siddiqui in his petition has appealed to the court to order his brother and ex-wife not to share posts defaming him on social media. Along with this, they have demanded to take back all the allegations made and apologize in writing. Along with the Rs 100 crore defamation case, the actor has also made some serious allegations against Shamsuddin and Alia. He has accused the brother of money manipulation and fraud and the ex-wife of misappropriation of money.
In 2008, money related work was handed over to brother.
According to Nawazuddin’s claim, he trusted his brother and handed over all the money related work to him in the year 2008, at that time he had no job and Nawaz wanted to concentrate fully on acting. According to the actor, he gave credit card, debit card, signed check book, bank password, email id and password to his brother. In turn he betrayed her.

Nawaz says that, being busy with work, he could not pay attention to all these things. His brother took advantage of this and started betraying him. Shamsuddin bought the property with the same money and said it was in the name of Nawaz. However, the actor later came to know that the property was purchased jointly. The properties bought by Shamsuddin included a flat on Yari Road, a semi-commercial property, a farmhouse in Shahpur and a plot in Buldhan, along with a property in Dubai.
Nawaz’s allegation that his brother had manipulated the money
Nawaz alleges that Alia instigated Alia to file a case against him to divert attention when he asked Bhai a question related to the property. The actor also claims that Alia was already married and had hidden this from her. He has accused ex-wife and brother of 21 crore fraud. In 2020, when relations with the brother soured, he hired the CA and later came to know that he owed Rs 37 crore from various departments, which his brother had not paid, the petition said. The case filed by Nawazuddin will be heard on March 30.
