This month, he gifted two flats worth crores of rupees to her sister Shaheen Bhatt. Now news is coming that he has bought another new house in Bandra West which is worth Rs 37 crore.
Alia Bhatt has bought a new 2,497 sq ft house in Bandra West for Rs 37.80 crore. Which has been bought by his production house ‘Eternal Sunshine Production Pvt Ltd’. According to media reports, this new address is located in Aerial View Co-operative Housing Society Limited in Pali Hill. He paid Rs. 2.26 crores stamp duty is also reported to have been paid. This sale agreement is registered on 10 April 2023.

Apart from this, on April 10, Alia Bhatt gifted two apartments worth Rs 7.68 crore to her sister Shaheen Mahesh Bhatt in Mumbai. Located in Gigi Apartments, Juhu, this flat is spread over 2,086.75 sq.ft. She paid stamp duty of Rs. 30.75 lakhs was transacted. Alia currently lives with husband Ranbir Kapoor and daughter Raha in ‘Vastu’ in Pali Hill, Bandra. The couple got married on the balcony of this house, where only family members and close friends attended.
Alia and Ranbir got married after dating each other for five years. Alia and Ranbir are now parents to a daughter. Ranbir and Alia’s daughter Raha was born on 6 November 2022. Currently, Alia-Ranbir is busy raising their daughter.
On the work front, Alia Bhatt was last seen with husband Ranbir Kapoor in the film ‘Brahmastra’. Now she will be seen in the film ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Premkahani’ which is being directed by Karan Johar. Dharmendra, Shabana Azmi and Jaya Bachchan will be seen in this film. Apart from this, she will be seen with Priyanka Chopra and Katrina Kaif in ‘Jee Le Zara’. Also, Alia will debut in Hollywood with the film ‘Heart of Stone’.
